Please introduce yourself. What do you do? Why? What do you want people to know about you?
My name is Patti Negri. I have been in the entertainment business since I was a teen. I have worked in most aspects of it as well. Starting off as a teen model, which led to acting. As a producer with my company, Brain Brew Entertainment for twenty-plus years, and for the last 14 years as Reality TV and Ducseries star. In addition to being behind the camera as a consultant.
What qualities make you different and unique from everyone else in the industry?
Probably my’ total immersion approach to everything I do. When I reluctantly started doing Reality Shows as my “true” self, I was worried it would negatively affect my work as a producer or even actor, but I was quite mistaken. It was quite the opposite. The more my truth came out, the more in-demand I seemed. Perhaps the fact that I do “live” this magickal lifestyle that I have studied my entire life is shared live on TV and social media – and within my understanding of the business – that seems to be what people, the industry, and the world is looking for.
MY goal, whether I am teaching the young girls on BAD GIRLS CLUB how to clear their group house and take their power back – or talking to ghosts with Zak Bagans and the Ghost Adventures crew, is to show people how truly amazing they are as humans!
Describe THAT moment when you realized you’re doing what you were born to do.
When I was doing a dance show at six years old, there was a little “speaking part” to tell a story, and I was chosen to do it…. And my naturally “shy” Patti disappeared when the spotlight hit! I, of course, told my mom, who was beyond thrilled with my declaration!
What’s been the biggest challenge you’ve had to go through and how did you grow through it?
As with most, it was dealing with my own insecurities. Hollywood can be a tough town. The competition is tough, and the odds are always against you. There is always someone better, smarter, prettier, younger, or just more connected! The constant personal work and awareness helps get you where you want and makes you a much better and wiser person along the way!
