The Selling Sunset phenomenon has created such an incredible buzz that the drama and excitement has been felt across the country. I hope you’re ready for more fun filled, hyper energy, and big money action with Selling Tampa.
Here’s all you need to know!
Selling Sunset Spinoff
Selling Tampa is putting a new spin on a cult favorite, the series Selling Sunset.
How are they connected? Well, both shows have the same creator and are parallel in concept and title, but that’s essentially it.
Selling Sunset revolves around the Oppenheim Group, a high-end real estate brokerage firm in Los Angeles which follows a group of agents as they traverse their personal and professional lives.
There are currently 4 seasons with the latest premiering last November 24th.
The Cast
With a whole new cast, it’s impossible not to get obsessed.
Sharelle Rosado, a military vet, and owner of Allure Realty will star alongside seven other gorgeous women.
Alexis Williams is a full-time real estate agent who specializes in listing and selling residential homes.
Anne-Sophie Petit-Frere, a former property accountant turned real estate professional, and who has also received the “Top Agent” award several times already.
Colony Reeves whose mission is to change lives through real estate.
Juawana Williams is also one of Allure Realty’s top-performing agents and has a background as an executive in Economic Development.
Karla Giorgio hails from Caracas, Venezuela, and is a licensed real estate professional.
Rena Frazier, a broker associate at Allure Realty and who admiringly has a bachelor’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a law degree from Stetson University College of Law.
Last but undoubtedly not least, Tennille Moore who is a former Chief Legislative Assistant in the Florida Senate.
These fearless women have their eyes set on dominating the Suncoast. Netflix shares that the ladies “are equally as fun as they are fiercely ambitious, with all of them vying to be on top of the lavish world of luxury waterfront real estate”.
Sharelle has big plans for her brokerage and won’t let anyone or anything get in the way of making her dreams a reality.
The Show
Selling Tampa is based around an all-Black and all-female firm named Allure Realty based in Florida.
From what the title suggests, it’s about selling luxury real estate in Tampa, Florida. But like with other reality TV, the show has definitely more to offer.
Of course, we’re bound to expect plenty of drama as we watch the women try to balance their busy work lives and bustling personal lives. But what reality TV show is complete without the spice of the cast’s unique personalities thrown into the mix?
It’s not 100% clear what will actually be going on in the series but that just adds to the thrill of it.
One thing that we can surely anticipate is Sharelle’s pregnancy as she is currently pregnant with her fourth child with fiance Chad Johnson, a former NFL player.
It’s an exciting thing to be able to watch this part of Sharelle’s journey on the screen along with other events that will unfold along with the show’s progression.
