Hello, my name is Lee Jackson. I am an entrepreneur and celebrity chef based out of Los Angeles, CA.
I’ve been cooking professionally for over ten years and worked with some amazing people in the Industry.
Cooking is something I always enjoyed doing so I turned it into a career and so far it is paying off well.

What qualities make you different and unique from everyone else in the industry?
My personality, creativity, southern hospitality, and my smile.
Describe THAT moment when you realized you wanted to do what you do now. Who did you tell first? What has it been like since that moment?
I realized I wanted to become a chef once I found myself in the kitchen a lot at my grandparent’s house testing out recipes and cooking food for the family.
The first person that knew that I wanted to turn cooking into a career was my aunt Katherine who helped raise me through high school.
What has been the biggest challenge you’ve had to face and how did you overcome it?
Fear of failure, doubt, and not having a solid support system. Knowing that standing alone always makes you stronger.
