Please introduce yourself. What do you do? Why? What do you want people to know about you?
Hello, my name is David Christopher. I’m a Musician/Actor turned TV Personality and Producer.
I have a passion for entertainment. I love being creative, artistic, and telling stories in entertaining ways. I also have a passion for fitness and a background as an athlete.
I am the creator of the how-to fitness and entertainment streaming platform “Fit Tv Network”.
What qualities make you different and unique from everyone else in the industry?
I believe we are all very unique in our own interesting way, and it’s a matter of recognizing our authenticity.
I believe what makes me unique is my ability to adapt. I’m very versatile in my skill set. I have resilience, a strong creative vision and an ability to see strengths and talents in others, and most importantly, a relentless work ethic.
Describe THAT moment when you realized you’re doing what you were born to do.
I’ve known I wanted to be in entertainment since I was 10 years old. I can’t really recall the “one” exact moment because I’ve been so fortunate and blessed to have many moments where I’ve realized I’m doing something I dreamed of doing.
This past summer I was filming a tv show in a beautiful country outside of the US, and I literally stopped and took a moment to look around at this ginormous, awesome-looking set, the lights, the amazing crew, the sounds, and really just took it all in. It was amazing and truly a “pinch me” moment.
What’s been the biggest challenge you’ve had to go through and how did you grow through it?
I’ve gone through challenges all my life. I have moved around a lot as a kid, my parents divorced, many obstacles building my businesses, finances, lost friends, you name it! I’m no stranger to adversity, and in fact, I welcome it.
I believe challenging times in life are opportunities to find who we really are. Struggles help us grow, learn and evolve.
Who are the TOP 3 people you’d want to meet that could elevate your career or business? Why these specific individuals?
Sylvester Stallone. I’ve admired him since I was a kid. I truly respect someone who comes from nothing and literally goes out and fights for what he believes in. He believed in himself, he bet on himself and he fought both on and off-screen for his one opportunity that ended up making him a legend.
I’ve watched the movie, Rocky, many times throughout my journey when I’m going through a rough time and it’s always helped get me through it.
Mark Cuban. Incredibly intelligent businessman. I have so much respect for what Mark has accomplished and his work ethic. I admire how he gives back and helps people. He really seems like a genuine, humble human being.
Adam Sandler. (Briefly met him once.) He’s hilarious, but he’s also a great actor and creative genius. He’s a pioneer in the industry. I respect how he always seems to keep it real, doesn’t conform, and stays true to himself.
