Please introduce yourself. What do you do? Why? What do you want people to know about you?
I’m 28 years old Award Winning International Film Producer and Screenwriter. I produced films in the US, Mexico, Nigeria, Dubai and Canada.My films won 81 awards all over the world. I’m a Judge at Sunset Film Festival and Hollywood Screenings Film Festival. I’m the owner of Lavi Company in Miami, FL. My goal is to be successful in Hollywood. I’m a hard working person, motivated, and winner. I’m thinking big always.
What qualities make you different and unique from everyone else in the industry?
I’m thinking global . I produced films all over the world. I was interviewed in 15 countries. I don’t want to be focus on only a one film market. I want to experience new cultures all the time. When you work with people all over the world you have the opportunity to develop your skills and to be more flexible in your work methods. My international experience help me to write better scripts and to be a better producer.
Describe THAT moment when you realized you’re doing what you were born to do.
When I started to win awards. I never imagined I’ll be a successful International Film Producer and Screenwriter. I started my way as an actor and I studied acting at Lee Strasberg Film & Theatre Institute and screenwriting in a few universities in the UK.
I realized I should create my films myself and I never imagined I’ll be a Producer . When I started to win awards I realized this is what should I do . This isn’t easy to be a Producer . You should manage crews and I did all over the world.
What’s been the biggest challenge you’ve had to go through and how did you grow through it?
My biggest challenge was to deal with a new culture in every country I worked. For example my film I produced in Mexico “Metanoia”. The mentality was different- most of the people in Mexico don’t know to speak English and at beginning people told me don’t make a film in Mexico but I didn’t listen. I was very confident and I found a crew that know to speak in English. The film won 44 awards . In my film I wrote and produced in Nigeria “Dangerous Silence”
It was complicated too , to make a film in Africa it’s challenging because of the culture. For example, the English accent of a Nigerian is very different from the American Accent. But I got along with it.
Who are the TOP 3 people you’d want to meet that could elevate your career or business? Why these specific individuals?
It’s a difficult question. I would like to work with Johnny Depp – this actor has special acting skills. He can act every character.
The second is Natalie Portman – I think she is one of the best actresses in the world and she is very deep and smart actress. The third is Brad Pitt – he has a phenomenal acting skills and we can see he is so professional and so motivated to be the best actor.
