Get To Know V-Henny – CEO, Artist, And More

Please introduce yourself, what you do, why you do it, and what you want people to know about you.

Hello, I go by the name of V-Henny. I am the CEO/Founder of The Artistry Entertainment, The Artistry Show, and The Art of Muzic (T.A.O.M).

I’m also a Media Personality, Influencer, Host, Artist, Event/Tour Curator, and Cultivator.

Music has always been my go-to since I can remember, it saved my life. As I fell in love with music, my passion for it became my power in which motivates me to continue pushing towards my dreams.

Eventually, as my career started to grow the realization of my purpose became deeper than me. Helping others with their passion, achieving their goals made me understand to respect & value the process in all of this.

It became my new why.

What qualities make you different and unique from everyone else in the industry?

My work ethics, my values, my need to perform with quality as opposed to quantity is what makes me stand out from others.

I make sure that those I work with have experience in which they can grow and elevate to become a better version of themselves.

Describe THAT moment when you realized you wanted to do what you do now. Who did you tell first? What has it been like since that moment?

I remember my first celebrity interview on The Artistry Show.

How nervous I was at the beginning, researching the influencer, making sure I had the accurate questions to receive the message that is being told.

Fascinated by their story made me love it even more. That’s when I realized this is my calling, this is what I want to do.

I told my family and my loved ones how excited yet scared of this new beginning of mine.

What has been the biggest challenge you’ve had to face and how did you overcome it?

Elevating to the next level was and still is my biggest challenge.

There are moments where I feel depleted by circumstances and figuring how to reach higher goals can be overwhelming, it can be intimidating, it can be frightening. We always want more from life yet the risk of jumping plays a major role in taking the leap.

To overcome it I have to take a step back, work on my personal development, look at what was accomplished, appreciate it all then get back to taking the step forward. As I do so, I remind myself “Why and what’s my purpose”, then jump.

Fear of success can be challenging yet it can be overcome. It takes a lot of personal development, self-love and consistency to push through it.

Believe in yourself and do not quit!

If you had to pick the TOP 3 people you’d want to meet that could take your career (or business) to the next level…who would those 3 people be?

My top 3 people would be Angie Martinez, Kaney West, and Joe Rogan.
