Marcus Wilson: What You Think Makes Me Different

Please introduce yourself. What do you do? Why? What do you want people to know about you?

I do what I do because I have no choice. My soul yearns for creativity and to link people together through any means of it. Whether music or acting. I am an engineer building a house made of dreams, and I need as many hands as possible for the framework.

What qualities make you different and unique from everyone else in the industry?

I wouldn’t say anything makes me different than any person in the industry. I’m sure everyone works as hers as they can or has a great talent. I’m interested in reaching out to audiences who can understand or relate to my messages, whether it’s acting or music. I don’t have a specific message because I don’t have one point of view. I want to reach out to people who think differently or spark different interpretations of the same moment. “ I am not you” . Separation of mindsets, insult, or a denial of the person you have become during your inner monologue. I am no different than anyone in the industry. Your understanding of me is what you think makes me different.

Describe THAT moment when you realized you’re doing what you were born to do.

I can’t recall a THAT moment. I think because I’m so focused on making every moment THAT moment. Because this moment could create a THAT moment for the great mind of this world. I don’t want to ever lose the feeling of seeing, creating, or being inspired by something for the first time.

What’s been the biggest challenge you’ve had to go through and how did you grow through it?

The Biggest challenge for me is standing out in a completely over saturated entertainment world without compromising my integrity. I’m good with my group of loyal supporters, but there is always room to grow. I just continue to create and jump on genuine opportunities that come my way, as well as blaze my own trail. I believe that is the path to timeless content. Not content for contents sake. If you have to search for me. I’ve done my job. You put in The effort, so I’m confident your coming for the ride.

Who are the TOP 3 people you’d want to meet that could elevate your career or business?  Why these specific individuals?

Jaimee Foxx: because of the success he has had in multiple platforms and genres of creativity. He would definitely be a great resource to tap into.

Adam Sandler: 1 Word. Longevity. He has had great success for such a long time and continues to put out great movies and productions as well as put on so many great names In a vast sea of content it’s easy to fall back into the masses.

Chris Brown: Amazing performer and work ethic when it comes to his craft. And to be considered one of the greats in same conversation as Michael Jackson shows he definitely knows what it takes to dominate in the pop world.
