February 10, Adam Beyer kicks off 2023 with a huge future classic, “Legend.” The new single out now on Drumcode welcomes a busy year of productions for Beyer and has all the making of his biggest track since “Your Mind.”
Driven by a hypnotic synth line, silky pads, chants, and a truly memorable build and drop, “Legend” has been a highlight of the Drumcode boss’s sets stretching back to last summer. Key shows where the world-class DJ and producer highlighted the track in his sets include Tomorrowland, Creamfields, Ultra Europe, Printworks, and Elrow; in Ibiza, it was a fixture across his gigs at Hï, Amnesia and Pacha.
Since his Ibiza studio was completed, Adam Beyer has been on an inspired production run. Highlights over the past year include a tight three-tracker Dirty Lagoon which dropped in March, followed by a standout remix of Sam Paganini’s “Rave” with Layton Giordani during the summer.
The year ahead will see him continue to break new ground in the U.S. with key festival plays joining Cirez D for a b2b at Ultra Music Festival in Miami in March and headlining Coachella’s Yuma stage over two weekends on April 16 and 23, with club dates in Chicago and New York. As ever, Beyer continues to level up.
