Following his recent sophomore album release and world tour, GRAMMY-winning artist Elderbrook begins a new chapter with his first single of 2024, “Glad I Found You” with UK electronic musician George Fitzgerald.
Out now on Elderbrook’s Mine Recordings, “Glad I Found You” is a triumphant return for Elderbrook. Collaborating with esteemed dance producer George FitzGerald, the multi-instrumentalist crafts an uptempo groove elevated by warm synth pads, sunny reverb, and his own soaring vocals. With lyrics alluding to a doomed relationship, this is an poignant love song wrapped inside a euphoric club banger.
The release of “Glad I Found You” coincides with Elderbrook’s sold-out headline show at Colorado’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre tonight Friday, April 12.
Having toured his acclaimed sophomore album Little Love last year with sold-out shows across the US, UK, Canada and Europe, the singer-songwriter has also announced a massive summer headline show at New York’s Brooklyn Mirage on Friday, June 14.
Having toured with the likes of Jungle, Rufus Du Sol and Odesza, racked up over 2 billion streams to date, and made a 2023 Coachella starring appearance, Elderbrook continues to prove himself a frontrunner in the electronic scene.
George FitzGerald is a singular voice in electronic music, uniting underground dancefloor progressivism with pop’s cutting edges.
Following the release of 2015’s debut album Fading Love and 2018’s breakthrough album All That Must Be, last year he released his third studio album Stellar Drifting featuring tracks with Panda Bear, London Grammar and SOAK, and artwork created by the celebrated designer David Rudnick.
Concluding a sold out UK and European tour in October, FitzGerald returned to the studio and released a new EP entitled Not As I in summer 2023.
“Glad I Found You” brings together two critically acclaimed electronic music producers in Elderbrook and George FitzGerald, and the result is inevitable: a top-tier club anthem with heart and soul.
