GOOD FORTUNE PRESENTS: DOM DOLLA WITH GOOD FRIENDS
Saturday, October 26, 2024 at The Dock at The Historic Sears Building
Tickets on-sale today at noon PT
The Good Fortune event will follow Dom Dolla’s two sold-out performances at LA State Historic Park this weekend, both collaboratively produced by Framework and Goldenvoice
Framework’s trailblazing takeover of the Historic Sears Building sustains the brand’s reputation for throwing underground shows in unconventional spaces, including the forthcoming, sold-out Rampa New Year’s Eve event at legendary film production house Red Studios
“One of the most important things that we look for in a venue is character. Can we compliment the history or personality of the space, while breathing a fresh breath of life into it? We want our guests to walk into a venue and stop for a moment to think to themselves, “whoa”. The Landmark Sears building accomplishes just that.” – Kobi Danan, Framework co-founder
Framework, one of the world’s leading independent purveyors of underground music experiences, has partnered with Goldenvoice to announce a groundbreaking, open-air Dom Dolla show at the Historic Sears Building in Downtown LA – marking the first-ever music event produced at this landmark location.
The Good Fortune event will debut at The Dock at The Historic Sears Building on Saturday, October 26, 2024, following two sold-out Dom Dolla events at LA State Historic Park on Friday, October 18 and Saturday, October 19.
Completed in 1927 and built in the 20th century Art Deco style, The Sears Building was once one of the department store company’s major mail-order distribution centers.
Considered a singular technological achievement of its time, The Sears Building is one of Los Angeles’s most historically impressive architectural landmarks – a momentous industrial display that perfectly aligns with Framework’s forward-thinking brand identity and Dom Dolla’s innovative house soundscapes.
The upcoming Good Fortune show represents a significant milestone in the deep-rooted relationship between Framework and Dom Dolla. In 2017, Framework booked Dom Dolla for his first-ever headlining Los Angeles performance – a pivotal set at Sound Nightclub that helped to launch his career as a globe-trotting, chart-topping DJ.
Seven years later, Framework will proudly co-produce three different Dom Dolla headlining shows in the span of one month – a full-circle moment that reflects Framework’s dedication to discovering and platforming rising talent and championing those artists toward future success.

Framework’s debut takeover of the historic Sears Building is only the latest example of the brand’s penchant for producing innovative concerts at non-traditional locations.
Over the past decade, Framework has transformed the main room of Union Station, taken over Chinatown’s lantern-flanked Gin Ling Way, hosted open-air soirees at Downtown LA’s Pershing Square, and even made history by shutting down Hollywood Blvd for Fisher and Chris Lake’s 12,000 person “Under Construction” bonanza. The brand also annually produces Framework In The Desert at the Atlantic Aviation airplane hangar.
This summer, Framework threw the first-ever concert at Downtown LA’s architectural landmark League of Shadows Pavillion at SCI-Arc for Maceo Plex’s first LA performance in five years.
They also made Hollywood history by producing Red Studios’ first-ever ticketed music event, transforming the 100+ year-old cinematic treasure into a dance floor extravaganza for July’s sold-out, marathon Duke Dumont show.

Looking ahead, Framework will continue producing expertly-curated underground events at various locations across Los Angeles – and beyond.

From Thursday, October 31 – Sunday, November 3, Framework will once again produce Wynn Las Vegas’ bi-annual Art Of The Wild festival at XS Nightclub, celebrating the event’s 10th edition with a stacked lineup of house and techno heavyweights like Eric Prydz, The Martinez Brothers, Fatboy Slim, BLOND:ISH, Eli Brown, Carlita, Mochakk, Âme b2b Dixon, and more.

To close out 2024, Framework will return to Red Studios for its inaugural New Year’s Eve celebration, headlined by Keinemusik’s Rampa. Framework Presents: Rampa New Year’s Eve will mark the brand’s second sold-out show of the year at Hollywood’s premier boutique studio space (full Rampa NYE press release here).
