What qualities make you different and unique from everyone else in the industry?
We definitely stand out from the pack. We are a dynamic force.
My son and I have stared in many commercials together and there are not a lot of parent/child combos in the acting world. However, our genuine and authentic personalities are what really set us apart.
We are the farthest thing from arrogant about our successes and we like to make laugh and make fun of this whole crazy circus we are in. We love to laugh at ourselves and always give off a comfy down to earth vibe.
Describe THAT moment when you realized you’re doing what you were born to do.
For me, it’s the moment I am either in front or behind the camera. I get a sense of comfort and peace. I just know that is where I belong.
What’s been the biggest challenge you’ve had to go through and how did you grow through it?
The biggest challenge I have had yet was moving across the country from my family right after my dad died.
Honestly, I am still conflicted about that decision and it is something I think about every day.
Who are the TOP 3 people you’d want to meet that could elevate your career or business? Why these specific individuals?
Jenna Fischer, Mindy Kaling, and Wendy McLendon-Covy. I admire all three of these women because they are powerhouses in comedy. Jenna Fischer wrote an amazing book that every aspiring actor should read.
