I am a dreamer and a do’er. A Superstar CEO that sings writes music and hopefully has a fortune 500 company in the health industry one day. I love making people feel good via song and natural health remedies! A wholistic health girlie for sure.
What qualities make you different and unique from everyone else in the industry?
What sets me apart from other musicians is I took a break (not on purpose) to work in Corporate America for almost a decade. Now I see music as a passion as well as a business, and I want to make my consumers happy instead of just making feel good music to catch a vibe. I think being intentional is soo important and the pace at which artists create to keep the listeners excited, Hence the name Superstar CEO.
Describe THAT moment when you realized you’re doing what you were born to do.
I knew I wanted to make music for a living when I was 14 years old. One day I had a studio session at a major studio and I was EXTREMLY nervous, hands sweaty mouth was dry the whole 9. And the producers and engineers coached me through the process of recording a song. I never felt so alive after hearing the song back, I remember thinking “wow that’s me!” Not a lot of things got me excited as a child but music was a game changer. The song was average, but I was exited and determined to work hard and get better.
What’s been the biggest challenge you’ve had to go through and how did you grow through it?
Having to work 60 hours a week at a corporate job and somehow find the time to create music. The biggest challenge turned out to be my biggest blessings because it made me smarter and resilient.
Who are the TOP 3 people you’d want to meet that could elevate your career or business? Why these specific individuals?
Beyonce/JAY-Z, Elon Musk, Bill Gates. These individuals are the top of the food chain in music and technology and innovation. One meeting with each of them and I’m sure I will gain a world of information that would elevate my career and business.
