My name is Deion Christian. I am an aspiring actor/ model. It has always been a dream of mine to be the best version of myself possible! I have been in commercials for community America bank and McDonalds with the Kansas City chiefs. I have also been the stand in/ double for Patrick Mahomes in his Coors light commercials.
What qualities make you different and unique from everyone else in the industry?
One word, “love”
Love for the challenge up leveling up. Love for the possibility of making a difference in this world. Love for the journey to get me to the top. Love for simply just the idea that I could be in a marvel movie one day.
Describe THAT moment when you realized you’re doing what you were born to do.
Receiving the first email confirming I got a part in a commercial gave me a feeling that I couldn’t describe. Everything in my life had led up to that life changing moment. I knew I was destined to be something more than average.
What’s been the biggest challenge you’ve had to go through and how did you grow through it?
Being vulnerable with this one. Growing up being black and white. Not being accepted by society. Not knowing which side to be on. Not knowing that their ignorance didn’t define who I am as a person. I learned to love my own skin as I got older. I smile at the fact that I get the best of both worlds now.
Who are the TOP 3 people you’d want to meet that could elevate your career or business? Why these specific individuals?
Michael B. Jordan, I feel like he could give me good advice and even good tips on his physique.
Johnny Depp. Arguably the greatest actor of our time.
And Michael Evans Behling from the show all American. I feel that his journey was unique and I would like to learn from him.
