My name’s “JDAGXD” and imma young, successful, independent recording artist. I do what I do, because rappin’ is like breathin’ for me. And outside of makin’ music, I’m also an actor that’s been actin’ for 3 years now.
What qualities make you different and unique from everyone else in the industry?
One of my biggest qualities, that makes me unique and different from other people in the industry. Humbly I’m the hardest working man in showbizz. That’s what they said about James Brown.
Describe THAT moment when you realized you’re doing what you were born to do.
The moment I realized, I was born to do this was when I was 17. I performed for the first time, and I had the whole entire club lit and turnt. And then a year later, I started my own record label called “EVERY MOMENT COUNTS” (E.M.C.) which is currently active.
What’s been the biggest challenge you’ve had to go through and how did you grow through it?
I remember the biggest challenge that I went through at first, well to be honest it was hard to get booked with certain production companies. I got through it by the grace of God. He ended up blessing me with gig after gig.
Who are the TOP 3 people you’d want to meet that could elevate your career or business? Why these specific individuals?
I wanna meet Katt Williams. Because he’s so real, to the point where people hated him for being real. I would like to meet Desi Banks, because he’s from Atlanta like me. And I wanna meet Justin Bieber, because I used three of his type beats for some of my songs.
