My name is Johnking Robert, I’m from Nigeria. I’m a Stuntman, Dance artist, Fitness trainer and a Martial artist.
What qualities make you different and unique from everyone else in the industry?
What makes me different and unique is how I’m able to combine all my skills into one form to satisfy my clients/audience.
Describe THAT moment when you realized you’re doing what you were born to do.
I’ve been to different stages, settings, and places but the stage comes with unexpected surprises and I always take that to my own advantage. I was also having a quick solution/reaction to every surprise. That’s when I realized I was really born for this.
What’s been the biggest challenge you’ve had to go through and how did you grow through it?
My biggest challenge was one time i had to do a fire stunt (it was actually my first fire stunt) and I didn’t have any idea how it works but i also wanted to perform that stunt so bad. So i got into costume and got lit LOL. I was inexperienced but determined, not knowing the fire extinguishers on set weren’t working. When i got to the finish line I was almost roasting, I had to jump into a hip of sand to put out the fire.
