Please introduce yourself, what you do, why you do it, and what you want people to know about you.
I am a Serial Entrepreneur. I’m a Personal Development Coach, International Speaker, Author and owner of a Beauty Brand, my debut product of my luxury collection is my Aisha Nikole Eau de Parfum.
I’m currently working on expanding the collection. I do these things because I’m simply passionate about them.
What qualities make you different and unique from everyone else in the industry?
My life experience is uniquely my own. All of my knowledge and experiences. Just like anyone else. I can’t express that enough, no one is you and that is your POWER.
I have had the privilege of living in seven different Countries and fully immerced myself into those experiences, I think it gives me a unique perspective when working with and dealing with other people. I am also proud to be a woman of color in the luxury brand space as there aren’t too many women owned, minority owned luxury brands.
Describe THAT moment when you realized you wanted to do what you do now. Who did you tell first? What has it been like since that moment?
I began my entrepreneur journey by trying to find myself, and searching for answers. What triggered this emotion was me dealing with my brothers’ suicide.
I began writing, questioning the meaning of life, purpose, etc. and soon began on this mission to help others. After years of searching, I wrote a few books and I launched my Program, Powerology™ Institute, a study designed to help people unleash, their purpose, power, and potential. The first person I told at the time was my husband. Its been an adventure to say the least.
I had no idea what I was doing, I literally just keep following the truth in my heart. I was doing things way before we had all these resources that we have now.
What has been the biggest challenge you’ve had to face and how did you overcome it?
Honestly, each milestone comes with a set of unique challenges. I’m always learning something new and trying to gain knowledge on how to improve. Balancing life as a woman, mom, and entrepreneur is a challenge in itself.
I’d have to say the Pandemic really challenged me and I had to pivot big time. Before the pandemic, I had a coaching contract that permitted me to mentor within the school system using my coaching strategies. When the Covid-19 broke out, I lost the deals. I had no option but to transform my business techniques.
As a result, I developed the Aisha Nikole Luxury Collection with my debut luxury fragrance, Aisha Nikole Eau de Parfum and launched my third book Poweroly™

I would love to meet Tony Robbins, Ayesha Curry, and Nicole Miller.
Those are the three names that entered my mind without thought. Each for specific reasons.
