May 10, 2024 – New York, NY: Astari Nite announce share a new single, ‘Tongue Tied Galore.’ The track is taken from their recently announced forthcoming album Resolution of Happiness. This is the band’s fifth studio release, out on June 21 via Negative Gain Productions. The set will be available on vinyl and all digital platforms.
Frontman Mychael talks about ‘Tongue Tied Galore’: “Tongue Tied Galore is sort of my anthem. Standing the tallest for what I believe in, which is ultimately, love and kindness allowing me to live a better life. I Imagine there is still a world where people say hello and still hold the door for one another or a world where we give each other advice on how to plant flowers.
As silly as it may seem, though these are the things that keep me living for tomorrow. This song reminds me that it’s okay to be yourself and to be considerate to others! Do what you want to, don’t change the volume!”

Astari Nite is an alternative rock band that has made a significant mark in the dark wave music scene. Originating from Miami, Florida, their music blends elements of alternative, post-punk and new wave, resulting in a distinctive dark glam sound.
Their style is reminiscent of classic alternative bands like The Cure and Depeche Mode, yet their modern production and unique lyrical content give them a contemporary edge. Astari Nite have supported notable acts such as Peter Murphy, The Damned, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Cold Cave, Peter Hook and The Light as well as newer acts on the scene: Actors, Twin Tribes, Then Comes Silence, and Kanga.
