Kick The Wicked, just released their debut “DRAG MAGNET”, a 5 song EP that embraces elements of Rock, Metal, Funk, and Alternative. “The response has been very positive, as there are many looking for something new and fresh in this collective genre”, says Mark Lanoue, the lead vocalist/guitarist of the 3 piece powerhouse.
The band is made up of seasoned veterans, Scott Campbell (guitars, bass, keys, & b. vocals), Rory Faciane (drums and percussion), and Mark Lanoue (lead vocals and guitars).
Mark is a member of the Texas Chapter for the Recording Academy and has been a member of the Academy for 2 years and looks forward to another season with his colleagues. Rory and Mark are alumni of the Musicians Institute, Hollywood CA. , Rory being an honor grad of 1989. Scott has been involved in the industry, production, and labels in an array of genres from hip hop to funk to rock. It is apparent by what others are saying about their debut, that this unit is both diverse and skillful in their craft.
